I CANNOT get enough of their current single, “Little Bit More of You“, being played on Sirius XM’s The Highway. The Adam Craig Band may just be a new group we start hearing more from. Singer/songwriter Adam Craig has written ““Church Pew or Bar Stool” for Jason Aldean‘s My Kinda Party album, co-wrote “Fast Lane” with Josh Thompson and helped pen “Close Your Eyes” for Parmalee.
The band originally formed in 2006 when Washington state-natives Adam Craig, who also plays lead and rhythm guitar, his cousin/keyboard player Ryan Jones and drummer Brian Smith hooked up in Nashville with South Carolina-native, bassist Jimi Hendrix (his real name.) Their strong work ethic, tight harmonies and stellar musicianship lead to opening gigs with the likes of Little Big Town, Blake Shelton, Sara Evans, Eric Church, LeAnn Rimes and others. The band has even opened for such legendary rock acts as Foreigner, Brett Michaels, CCR and REO Speedwagon.
Already having much success as a songwriter, now, Adam Craig and his band are on the road seeking success as artists. Filled with always improving high-energy stage pressence and well crafted music, as well as the help there current can’t-help-but-sing-along single (“Little Bit More of You”), who could doubt that? I will let the lyric video speak for itself:
