Come and “Get Some” Country Music Chat with the new party boys of country music Blackjack Billy on Monday, February 10 when we do a #CMchat Twitterview. The group, whose name comes from a combination of the members’ last names, self-released their first single “The Booze Cruise” which gave listeners a taste of what this band is about while showcasing a new sound and unique melodies. The song ended up going platinum in Canada and captured the attention of Bigger Picture Group, who signed the band in the fall of 2013.

Since being signed, BjB released their debut EP on the new label titled, Get Some. The title track’s single has spent 4 weeks on Billboard’s Country Airplay charts and has been moving up consitently.

The band consists of Rob Blackledge (co-wrote “Runaway” from Love & Theft), Noll Billings, Jeff Coplan (producer and engineer who co-wrote “Angel Eyes” by Love & Theft), Patrick Cornell and Brad Cummings.
